Click the pay now button and fill in the amount on the next page that you want to place on your account.

If you do not have a PayPal Account do the following steps:

1. Fill in the amount to want to pay.

2. Then click the continue button.

3. On the bottom of the next page that shows up there is a button on the bottom that allows you to pay with debit or credit card.
